sustained success was that strategic decision we mentioned
earlier to own their own facilities.
This isn't just renting a school field for a few hours a week.
They have 5 full size turf fields and that massive indoor
Dome. The substantial infrastructure
allows them to control their own destiny, operate almost year
round, guarantee field time and ensure the training never has to
be cancelled due to weather. Which is a huge competitive
advantage, especially in the Northeast.
Consistency and reliability. Absolutely.
It was a huge game changer for consistency and player retention
in the very competitive Long Island youth sports market.
Now, what's truly remarkable and maybe a bit controversial to
